This is all great. And I like Brendan O’Carroll. I just really, really, really wish Mrs Brown was funny.
It is the most viewed ‘british’ comedy of all. Who are these people who find it funny? Bizarrely a lot of the viewers don’t even get the main ‘gag’ that Mrs Brown is a Mr. There are always Brits popping up on social media saying things like ‘yea bruv here wot Mrs Brown is man! ledgehammer bants’.

For all the bad press, and yes, there are some rotten apples, the people of Finglas are generally the best kinds of people: friendly, welcoming and always willing to help out. I ♥︎ Finglas.
