“Cork Examiner” drug costs to be investigate. – what a joke.

They call it the ‘Irish Examiner’ nowadays topsy.
I haven’t got a clue why.
-Still, it’s cheaper than Viz, and much funnier.
sǝɯǝɯʇɐpɐq
You should’ve called him ‘spoty.
sǝɯǝɯʇɐpɐq
I didn’t think of it early enough.
Come to think of it, that’s not even funny. ‘Potsy’ would be better…or would it?

You like it when I get angry…I know you do, but It isn’t working…
Look at how fupping calm I am NOW…I swear…THIS IS BOLLIX.
Me and you are supposed to be mates.
Think about that.
-It’s your turn to do the seduction now, but if you need any help I’m ready to help…hang on…yeah, I’m ready now.
I love you, so shut up, right?
sǝɯǝɯʇɐpɐq
Hang on…minus numbers….that’s kinda like a plus when it;s set against a negative, isn’t it?
-Maybe you DO love me…
Carry on.

Or don’t study now if it means saddling yourself with debt – unless iyou’re studying medicine where you’re guaranteed a return on your investment. Work, have a life, don’t fall for this US-style con.
some old queen
The problem is, you need a minimum of a degree to get into most companies nowadays. Otherwise it is minimum wage all the way.
If I were starting again, I’d be heading for Letterfrac to learn a trade.
Frida
Many companies are paying graduates scarcely more than minimum wage as it is. Imagine the power they would have knowing their employees were mired in debt. If they want a highly educated workforce, let them pay for it with their taxes and lean on elected representatives to prioritise free or heavily subsidised 3rd-level education.
Anne
Eamon Ryan was on Vincent Browne (Matt Cooper) last night spouting support for these student loans and increased fees.. He’s such a little gov lackey, he’s unbearable really.
The disdain he had for Lynn Ruane at times too was blatant.. she mentioned the word pimp about some story or other on the newspapers, and he had a look of disgust.
I got the feeling it was more to do with who was saying it, than what she was saying.
He’s an unbearable gobsh*te,,
Frida
Agree completely. Don’t waste your money just to prop up the education business. If you really want a degree, work for a few years and save to pay for it. Luas drivers, for example, make more money per annum than lots of barristers.
sǝɯǝɯʇɐpɐq
Ooohh Lilly, I want to agree with you…I really do….
It’s that last line, where you start off with ‘<i<Work, have a life…blah-di-blah…'
-That’s where you went wrong.
It’s supposed to be ‘Have a life, work…etc.’
Also, I think you are a man and I claim my £5.00.
Lilly
Oh dear. I won’t sleep tonight knowing someone on the internet thinks I’m a man. But if we can agree that huge student debt is a horrible idea, I might just cope.

Good to see two British sporting winners celebrated in tbe Daily Star.
Ireland treats tbeir returning joke-shop soccer team as heroes after beating Italy’s 2nd XI and limping out of the last 16 with their backsides spanked.

No to student loans! holy crap what a bad idea.
If industry is insisting on higher calibre, let industry pay for a chunk of it. We’re so proud to have Google, Intel, Facebool, microsoft & a raft of pharma businesses here, let them part with a chunk of change.
Student loans impede access to poorer students, impose a burden on young adults who are already struggling with rent / housing / childcare costs, ignores the value add of an educated workforce (and their higher taxes.
Eductaion is a good in its own right & needs to be paid out of public purse.
What have young adults ever done on FG that they continually want to wage an intergenerational war on them.

Have to agree. Free third level was the catalyst for Ireland’s modernization and current, relative, success.
I’d like to see it preserved au all costs for social mobility reasons alone.

That Guardian headline is a joke.
The paper and site are utter social justice poofests.
If you’re seriously mentally ill you should be referred to the proper treatments, not waiting in line waiting for your lad to be chopped off and whining about it.
Talk about pushing a degenerate and seriously insane agenda.
I know the modern leftist and liberals movements have been hijacked by those who hate the natural order of humanity.
You know there is a disgusting and underhanded campaign to push this natural degeneracy.
Unless science finds a way to completely biologically change your gender, you are who you are, not what your insanity or some shitty #hashtag thinks you should be.

Remarkable how the Irish papers are all about Portugal (mostly), while the British seem to have forgotten about the Euros completely. They’ll be ignoring that scots lad within a referendum or two, too.
