May is at best a soft Brexit supporter. She can be swayed.
The longer Britain remain in EU without pushing the button, the more harm it will do the EU. This is why Brussels want proceedings started as soon as possible. But, Britain is torn apart and they best option is to actually leverage major concessions, then stay. They are in a very strong position to negotiate now and IMO a fudge is probably on the cards.
