Right, where’s the best place in the Dublin Mountains to watch the Perseids? I’m thinking about heading up there tonight for an aul’ gaze.

…bit of a damp squib…fairly cloudy early on but when I checked just after Ger Colleran on #Vinb the sky was clear…Cassiopeia almost overhead as I gazed into the NE (as directed by Astronomy Ireland) for 15 mins…nothing…but I did see an owl which more than compensated…
I’m just going to carry the laptop off into the countryside tonight so I can see that pic properly.
