LloydsPharmacy repays HSE close to €12m in dispensing fees incorrectly charged (RTÉ)

Any idea why criminal charges were not brought against Lloyds pharmacy for their irregularities? We should all head in to Lloyds and “borrow” some Disprin.
Anyone?

Aah, Bisto.
Slurp.
Hey Lloyd’s, I’m ready to be heartbroken….
nice
Thanks.
I was worried it might be too obscura reference.
Funny that. A 6 month prescription from them normally costs me just under 40e. Last month they charged me nearly 20e for 1 month. When I questioned them they cited “that’s the fees” and the pharmacist shrugged his shoulders and did nothing about it. Eventually they refunded the 1 month and dispensed 6 months to me, but not at my normal price but actually for a little under 25e. Pharmacies put whatever price they want on to things, taking a box from the shelf and printing out a label can end up costing you 300% more than the actual cost price.
Really not surprised by this news at all
“Any idea why criminal charges were not brought against Llyods pharmacy for their irregularities?”
Because human beings make mistakes. Wealthy ones in charge of businesses anyway. Poor people are subhuman degenerates who need to be taught how to be civilised with punishments, obviously.

On what fupping planet is someone allowed to just pay the money back when they’re caught stealing with no further sanction or punishment?
Planet is Ireland Inc……. best little country to be corrupt in!
The money was just “resting” in their account.

A mate of mine is called Lloyd. People always spell it Llyod.
A friend of mine spells her name Siobain ie Siobhán. She works for Llyods. Just saying.
