The disappearance of processed food might be a good thing in the long run.
It should serve as a wake up call on food sustainability here and the importance of growing, eating & buying local produce.

It makes much more sense to grow bananas elsewhere than in Meath.
The current trend against free trade and towards protectionism is going to prove very expensive and future generations are going to have to scramble to resolve
