typically females players are lighter so cause less stress to the fairways and greens of the course perhaps?
However they take lumps out of the fairway, can’t carry hazards with tee shots and take half the day to play 18 holes.
Ladies tee off from a position closer to the hole, so they use less of the golf course.
Pays off in divotends !

“Introductory” in this context literally seems to involve a reduced rate if you ‘introduce’ a new member. Headline membership fees for men and women both 995. I’d imagine from a social perspective they are probably trying to encourage more women membership.
