      Biggins, they got you, you numpty! It’s 20p *cheaper* than the Sun. Though still only 30p so I’m not sure why they don’t just stick that number on the front. It’s like they’re being deliberately and pointlessly misleading, for some reason.

    Water to be paid if wasteful – how will that be defined? would need to measure it somehow, like a meter or something.
    If paid out of taxes, then 45% of the population who receive welfare payments of some description will not be paying.
    If a direct tax that is linked to level of pay and not by use, there is no incentive to conserve water by anyone and tax payers get to foot the whole bill.
