But since the Dublin Bikes came on the scene, I do it less so as the baskets on a Dublin Bike are quite capable of taking a cabin sized suitcase, and even bigger sizes. Fair play to that fella !

A quick saw of that handle, drill two holes and the use of two wing nuts could attach that bag to the back axis like a mini trailer freeing up his hands for other multi-tasks.
