Crocodile tears
Why would the union be crying crocodile tears?
Or are you crying crocodile tears because you don’t care about the staff who are going to lose their jobs?
The Banks are our friends – love them, cherish them.
lots of redundancies across the board in head office too. mrs bloggs works there but shes safe
Is Ulster Bank profitable yet? If it is (or nearly is), it should probably be spun off from RBS – that thing is a basket-case.
Doubt much will stop the slide of bank branch closures though.
It’s a fair enough thing – many types are doing banking on-line – including myself. However one might despise the banks, they are still a business (I’m hating myself for writing this).
They are still THE business, you mean
Perhaps? They were my dad’s bank in the North, when he owned a Hardware store and central heating business – there were 10 employees who lost their jobs when the bank forced him to close. I shudder when I walk past an Ulster Bank, I guess, there’s less a lesser chance of shuddering now.
Ah, so that explains why you’re lying around in your pants on a Thursday afternoon
*the shudders*
Bank staff wear suits.
Therefore no sympathy from Broadsheet or Rabble when bank staff lose their jobs.
Because all people who wear suits are evil, uncool, uncreative, right wing etc.
Isn’t that how it works?
Yep.
€62.8 billion.
bank staff wear uniforms.
you are still a suit-wearing knobend.
hate people who wear a suit
love people who blow civilians up, and blow them up a second time, along with the people who went to their aid , with proxy bombs
bizarre times
Banks continue to press their boots down on the faces of its own employees now as well as the average working man and woman.
…continue, nothing to see here
Suits? What do suits have to do with it? Confused!
I forget Ulster Bank even exists.
