I would love to see one of your timeline thingies with the Toscan DuPlantier case including suspcicions around Bailey’s involvement..
Any volunteers?
Yes! Agreed, that’d be great.
In view of all the recent revelations regarding Garda misconduct going back at least a couple of decades I don’t see how any “evidence’ produced by them in this case can be trusted.
The telephone recordings were the thing that finally destroyed any shred of credibility the Gardai had in the matter.
True, but to be honest if I was a member of a jury in a criminal case in Ireland I would have difficulty believing any evidence given by a guard. I’m guessing thta a lot of people feel this way and that is a very sad state of affairs.
the arrogance of the French judicial system is astounding.hopefully the courts tell them to full off.
Imagine IF he’s innocent –
must be a living hell.
Never mind imagine it -he is entitled to a presumption of innocence and since he has not been convicted in our courts that should be the end of it !
Am I allowed imagine he’s guilty as fupp?
Yes you are. I am well prepared to believe he was an obnoxious, arrogant git whom nobody in the area liked. That is insufficient reason to fit him up for murder, in my humble opinion.
If you’re a member of An Garda Siochana, yes.
The ‘arrogance’ of the ‘French’…
Oh ho, ho, hooh.
Around our way we call it racism, but you aren’t allowed to say it out loud.
The French…oh, ho, ho, howw!.
You know they have 365 different types of cheese, don’t you?
That’s more than Belgium and Canada combined, so shut up.
I lived in France for about 6 months.
That equates to 600 yrs in human terms.
I didn’t enjoy it as much as I anticipated I might.
…mais les dames francaise….
… je ne sais qoui.
Elles sont trop formidable, because they’re generally up for anything. Mad yokes altogether.
