Gotta agree with Andy, this is the usual embarassing end of the legalise campaign with people spouting gibberish about the effects of cannabis as if no one has ever smoked it and knows what it does.
If there was referring to alcohol i can only imagine the disdain.
they should try getting people who dont look like total stoners.
