Anyone know the need for COBBLE paving on the lines?? Each stone, placed individually, most have delayed completion by 6 months or more??

distinguish the tram lane from the regular lanes, discourage cyclists from riding on the tramline, looks nice and doesn’t need to be as hardwearing as tarmac, can be lifted easier and reused if you need to get at the tracks for maintenance. I’m sure there are a few more reasons
