Those plants are no fools. The National Emergency Coordination Centre is right there on the left hand side. Once they take that out we’ll be defenceless.
Excellent thinking to put it right next to the Green. That’s right up there with NYC’s decision to put their emergency response HQ in the World Trade Center.
