it’s that INTJ thing she’s on about. not the be all and end all but actually quite interesting with regards to how people work and how best to interact with them based upon their own characteristics.

Either way, when advertising like that, you really have to be careful about what you put in writing. It is one thing to have your own private preferences, but you must be seen to give everyone equal opportunity to apply. It leaves her open to being taken to court for discrimination, though whether it would make any odds is anyone’s guess.
I took it on face value in that she doesn’t like FG. A snoop at her face book shows a pic with Michael Martin so maybe she is FF through and through. Even is she was being homophobic, I find her musical tastes more offensive. You can just tell she has a womans heart cd and listens to it.
