Does it bother anybody else that McGuinness and Paisley get all the credit for the peace process after Hume and Trimble doing all the spade-work?

In any situation where you’ve a peace process, it’s a sad inevitability that the lads who come in from the cold will get far more kudos than the folk who held the door open in the first instance.

Not really. We all know who really did the leg work. John Hume’s selflessness will never be forgotten.
