Do dogs not get really sick if they eat chocolate? did yours?
I got to mine before he ate the chocolate, but my friend’s dog died after eating chocolate cake mix so yeah, it is toxic. I suppose it depends on the dose.
Cadbury’s should be fine. It’s the 80%+ cacao stuff that does the damage. I read recently that a 200g bar of 80% can kill a fully grown labrador. Obviously it would take less for a smaller dog. Causes liver failure, apparently.
