Is This Yours, Ruth?

“I put this wallet in my bag while leaving a taxi in Dublin late on Saturday night – thinking it had fallen out of my bag when, in fact, it must have been left on the taxi seat by its owner.

There’s a bank card belong to a woman whose first name is Ruth and a small amount of cash in it. If Ruth reads this, please get in contact and I’ll get this to you.”

Anyone?

I believe a bank card is the property of the bank.

For example mine, an EBS card, says expressly that and also says on the back
“if found please should be handed in to your local EBS office”

I was re-united with my bank of ireland card this way in October. Avoided having to cancel the card and all the hassle it entails.

So much for your shouty/arsey reply K G
