Ring the bank and give them the bankcard number.
They can pass a message onto Ruth then.
Thanks for this TOP TIP FROM THE 1990s. Unfortunately banks do not do favours any more.
I believe a bank card is the property of the bank.
For example mine, an EBS card, says expressly that and also says on the back
“if found please should be handed in to your local EBS office”
I was re-united with my bank of ireland card this way in October. Avoided having to cancel the card and all the hassle it entails.
