Its a pooshow alright. The kind of thing that doesn’t improve on a second viewing.

Did Gazza turn up to ITV studios with a sixpack and some chicken? Deccie, it’s me Gazza.

the Indo attempting to make Varadkar into some kind of hero. Fake news story if ever there was. Where’s the fake news boyos – Rea – when you need them!
Reporting that Coveney, the Gardai and the Army are compiling an ‘options paper’. Well, what a professional grouping!. Half are deaf, half can’t count and lie in court (remember Jobstown) and Coveney is going to take advice from them?

…will it be the same intelligence service advising Coveney on the ne’er do wells in the Russian Embassy as those who provided the info on the PBP meeting in Tallaght the other night?

Varadka starting a cold war that’s a laugh
All putin needs to do is ban Irish goods to Russia and our economy will go free fall
Look at the dodgey Russian high tech companies operating in Dublin channelling billions through our tax free to tax dodgers haven
If they go the lost revenue will sink us
All putin has to do is call in the Irish ambassador to Russia and demand verruca to fly to Russia to apologise and lets see our little KAPO eat his words

The Indo reporting that Varadkar “led the charge for a Europe-wide crackdown on the Kremlin” is just bizarre.

Really impressed by the way The Guardian is on the case of the data issue. I know it was an open secret for a couple of years but it took people whistle blowing to really give it a focus.

This has really shaken the tech industry because for the first time they will be called to account for their actions, at least on this sort of scale. They have made crazy amounts of money while sitting in the original echo chamber without any or little consideration for the world consequences. That will have to change because the general public is becoming aware of the power they hold.

At this point it really is all conjecture as to what Analytica did or did not do but the fact it took so long to obtain a search warrant does not look good. What we do know is that the players are very old school Eton so equality is unlikely to be top of their agenda.

      +1

confirmation bias from online news is bad enough without new biases being created

They will be called to account everywhere except the ROI and the DRNK
But alas DRNK do not do facebook

What an embarrassing wedding photo in the examiner with the cavemen in the back ground
Nearly as bad as the loss in a friendly
Our rugby brings us great things
Sadly soccer under Delaney is third rate
Time for him to have his salary cut or dismissed
I wonder how many tickets got the rio treatment

        Come on just enlarge it
They look absolutely twisted and the expressions on the faces resemble something like deliverance
The biggest day in a persons life and some Muppets have to intrude in the wedding photos
