Shocking. Maybe landlords need more tax breaks? After all why can’t they deduct the full mortgage as a cost, like a business.
More tax breaks for landlords will increase the rental supply. landlords are leaving the property market. We need landlords.
I’m trolling BTW…no one biting. landlords are not needed
I nearly bit. Typed and deleted. You can’t change people’s minds anyway!
“this is all perfectly normal”, according to leo and his blushirt thugs. the race for low standards in high office continues..
so, Varadkar is going to take more control over this. There you are lads, Murphy and Coveney have just been told that they can’t and couldn’t do the job. Make way for SuperVar.
His stuttering performance this morning was embarrassing. I think Enda Kenna may have an earpiece he can loan him.
Terrible figures.
These are also terrible figures for a jurisdiction a third of our population and yet higher overall

SF saying Murphy’s position untenable. Hhmm
I heard Sister Stan of all people this morning saying that this governments housing “policies” are not working and essentially they refuse to do the things necessary to help resolve this problem.
I honestly will give my vote to whichever party can actually solve this spiralling crisis with real action in the form of houses.
No more finger pointing, no more point scoring, no more ‘oh but look at all the houses outside of Dublin and the bold families who won’t take them’.
Solve the fupping crisis and then we can talk. People need houses, not to be blamed by those voted into power.
I’m sorry for using the f word. Will you put my comment out of moderation now?
You should know I curse like a very vocal sailor in real life, but we’ll say no more.
Cheers lads ;)
You’re passionate Mildred and there’s nothing wrong with that.
