   Get a photo of the scrote who defaces the grand canal with graffiti every week. The fuzz are too busy driving around in a van hassling barge drinkers to do anything.

      I wouldn’t mind so much but it’s absolutely TERRIBLE graffiti. They should pay someone to do a big deadly bit of street art there and hopefully it’ll stop the amateurs.
