   Property developer dumping waste water from their site into a local stream, they know nothing will be done to stop them

      If it is then the foreman should have criminal charges brought against him and be thrown in jail. Who investigates these things? Surely forensics can determine the source. But I’m sure the EPA will just issue a general memo asking businesses to be careful which really just reads as: “you got away with it” . If they do go after the culprits , they’ll claim it was an accident and they’ll get a more formal warning and maybe a tiny fine. Incentive not to dump polluting waste in rivers: zero. Can this be reported to Europe?

   i’ve been watching Blue Planet lately and from what I can gather, the fish do be splooging in the water a lot. That’s probably what it is.

   There’s not enough fish in the river to discharge that amount of splooge.. Its illegal dumping and the fish are to dead or sick to splooge anywhere.
