I looked up why it’s called Dolphin’s Barn as it never dawned on me before to wonder at it.
The following is listed as one of DB’s main attractions (sort of):
The Dublin marathon passes down South Circular Road in Dolphin’s Barn.

My house is made of Dolphin’s Barn bricks, from the old factory. An architect friend assures me that if I were to take one of the bricks out there would be an imprint of a dolphin marking it out as such. Unfortunately I need my bricks to hold up my house, so I can’t test her on it.

          Wow: that’s very interesting.

I was wondering if it had something to do with the Dauphin or summink. Totally wrong.

I remember hearing that the extension on Fagan’s was built from the bricks they salvaged from The ‘Joy but that might be a spoof (as well as dull)

I went down to watch him for about 15 minutes with about 50-60 other. He’s almost impossible to photograph as he keeps popping up in different spots. I got a great buzz of him though!

      *straightens pedantic hat*

Orcas rarely eat other dolphins. Seals and other smaller mammals, yes, but other dolphins, not so much.

    WHAT?!!!

Unnecessary journey, putting the lives of our emergency commenters at risk. Coming over here, taking Irish fish…

Forget Brexit, Ukraine and Trump. This and the big aussie steer are the only stories anyone is going to care about.

Actually, Is there any fish in that end of the Liffey?

I remember you could see some big groups of mullet around the Ha Penny when tide is low but that was donkey years ago.

Maybe check for the reddish/pink patch in front of the dorsel?

      FIN ;-)
