A little history – Sean Hueston bridge is probably the most expensive in Dublin.
It was and still is listed so in order for it to carry a Luas hammering back and forths every two minutes, each being twice the weight of an articulated lorry, the entire inside had to be dismantled and rebuilt to the required spec.
It may now still look cute and dainty but it is far from it.
