Only YOU can decide.

But fair?
Only YOU can decide.
The worst Eurovision result in the history of Eurovisions.
Meanwhile the Veep finale was one of the funniest things I’ve ever watched.
Ah, was it though? Thought it all seemed a bit hurried.
Thought it was superb tbh, I was literally crying laughing
I like GoT
I thought it was great.
So there.
Dracarys! BURN DAMN YOU
I thought it was a perfect ending
But two cribs
That early scene between Jon Snow and Tyrian – when he was prisoner and Jon visits
Deserved better writing
The other
that the Unsullied got to overrule Bran and all the others to send Jon Snow back to Castle Black and remain childless was just not credible
Not after this journey
The Jon Snow that we’ve marched with and fought alongside for eight seasons would have either got on board one of them ships with Arya Stark
Or joined the cabinet with Samwel and the lads
As the the Queen of the North’s Proxy or Ambassador or whatever
Totally didn’t anticipate Ser Brienne making sure of Ser Jaime’s entry
But loved the intimacy yet her valour wasn’t denied
A wonderful tribute
Also the choreography of Jaime and Cersie’s death scene was beautiful – him nestled just under her breast and upon her abdomen – I told ye t’would be Shakespearean
Final shout out to Drogon
for sorting out the Throne for once and for all
BTW Anyone spot the cliffhanger?
Arya hasn’t killed green eyes yet
I think it will age a lot better than the loud negative reactions suggest. Despite weak writing all season in places that was mostly from efforts to force characters to fit the ending, the penultimate episode lent a thematic coherence and moral centre to the entire series. The final episode was bittersweet and perfect in the broad strokes albeit with some significant cracks papered over here and there – eg, the transition to a new stability was unnaturally smooth. The last episode of every season has always been more low-key than the second-last. The crushing realisation that the saviour you’ve fallen in love with and aided and abetted is Blonde Hitler and she’s about to launch the new Targaryan Reich was the crowning point of the whole series. I liked it, though I suspect the strengths mostly derive from George RR Martin. Can’t wait for the novelisation.
AH thank the gods for the books. All the show fans believed all the internet memes about the books so never read them and defended the inferior version on TV. At least now we might get the next book and progress on the real story where Stannis is still alive, Rhaegars legitimate son is still alive and now making a play for the throne. Jon possibly staying dead (in body at least). Cat Stark is alive ,sort off. Jamie and Cersei are possibly the mad kings Aerys offspring. Bran is still traveling in the far north. The significance of the Others. Little Finger still alive. Robs wife and child still alive. Rickon still alive….
