Yesterday.
Former Fine Gael junior minister Fergus O’Dowd describes efforts to privatise Irish Water by unseen forces.
Anyone?

Fergus is a the convening member of the parliament group, friends of Russia and is a former minister for project new era. I’d say he knows where a few bodies are hidden. These comments are after he got demoted so one could speculate
we all have such short memories & ask so few questions
the IW construct still exists & the billing system they architected for non-business “customers” still exists
it’s just parked, ready for a future opportune moment
I don’t recall hearing or reading of any redundancies or teardown at IW. What are all those well paid managers, consultants & admin staff doing during the day?
scam
Referendum to protect IW from privatisation now, thank you.
Leo the gimp has consistantly refused that request…he knows,he’s part of the agenda…$@#%&€.
What sort of unseen forces exactly? If the government don’t know then who does? Most bizarre statement.
At a time when other Europeans are re-nationalising their water infrastructure and supply because it improves quality AND lowers prices, there will be politicians hung from trees before this happens.
Irish Water boyo was on RTE Morning Ireland this morning where he mentioned the organisation’s ambition to reduce the leakage rate from 43% in 2018 to 42% by 2022.You know, if they really put their mind to it, I’d say they could get it down to 40% by 2030.
Any chance that the Government and all the rest of Bodies and Agencies associated with
the Public Sector would tell us how much of our Money they spend on the purchase of
bottled water and if Irish Water are doing such a great job why is there’s not being drunk
instead.
