   “The cops messed up the traffic system we had last year” said the Red Cross volunteer we spoke to…. it’s a mess.

   Drivers are getting impatient… a guard told us that the motorbike cops are being called out to deal with some who are losing patience.

   That all said, the guard also said it is the event organisers who do the traffic directioning…

   *bangs head*

   You’re kidding – traffic jams into a music festival at a rural location on a bank holiday Friday. Who would have thought this could happen? I, for one, am shocked.

   Thing is that there were these electronic signs earlier in the week (tuesday) on the road just at the Roundabout on the New Ross side of Waterford proclaiming ‘All Together Now’, and directing cars onto the bypass. One of the busiest roads that foreign tourists would take from Rosslare. Lost In Translation came to mind. If tourists were intending to go into Waterford city, they may well have thought ‘all traffic this way’, and were directed away from Waterford City.
