That was an excellent and informative interview.
I haven’t listened to any of his other podcasts but I’m sure I will in future.

I couldn’t fault his voice or presentation style in any way tbh.
I don’t know what Kate was listening to, but it wasn’t the same for me.

He absolutely torpedoed Ms Laffan at around 17mins in and again a couple of times around the 24/25 minute mark. Then she told a whopper which he only caught post interview.
Her defence was utterly shameful, “I’m not comfortble with this interview and questioning” was straight of the Perry Trone handbook, which also reminded me of the Killary spin.

Was she seriously using the “I feel threathend by you because you are a man and I’m a woman” to deflect from her pathetic performance?

In fairness William, you let her off the hook and allowed her some wiggle room, but I can’t help comparing that interview with Pee Flynn’s legendary interview by Gaybo. You gave her just enough rope in fairness.

I’d be interested in hearing more about William’s thoughts after that interview.

    Well played!
But you’ll never be allowed on the airwaves by TPTB, precisely for the same reasons Chomsky gave to Andrew Marr in the video linked below (only 3 minutes long) about how the media censors itself.

As a journalist “if you believed something different, you wouldn’t be sitting where you’re sitting”.

Raging I missed this at the time of airing but hot damn was this a cracking interview. It is in itself a microscosm of all that is wrong with the whitewashed EU facade and its yes-(wo)men. As for Ms. Brigid Laffan her attitude and answers can be summed up succinctly by the timeless Upton Sinclair quote “It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.”
