What agency in Ireland is responsible for monitoring water tables for flooding risk? Irish Water? Met Eireann? No-one?
As far as I can tell, river levels in the past 10 days are at flood level already and if I’m reading the BBC weather forecast correctly, we’re going to have 66 hours of rain fall over the next four days. Forget about the Brennans, get down to the Canoe Centre.
