I see the Noonan legacy of destroying the lives of ordinary people continues after his failures for Grace.

So the Mail are reporting that Varadkar and Johnston had a proposed Brexit deal agreed. The Boy Leo agreed a deal now did he? ROFL.! Quick – order a podium!

In the meantime, the health and housing situations continue to deteriorate.
The standard ‘I didn’t know’ line comes out (Coveney this time) when failures are exposed.
And Fitzgerald’s legacy of incompetence rumbles on.

Why must you refer to the Taoiseach of this country, who is approaching 40, ‘boy’? A white (I presume) man referring to a fully-grown man of Indian heritage as ‘boy’ has a lot of historical baggage…

thats not how hes saying it and you know it. but while im here, id like to address the taoiseach as a boy, a boy of indian descent. doesnt mean anything. id like to also say, he’s an egotistical, right-wing leader who puts party before country. and i dont care who insults him. he’s responsible for a health system and housing crisis which is literally costing lives. so i dont care how he’s addressed. he doesn’t deserve respect. not with all that blood on his hands. and people like you who support him regardless, also have blood on their hands.

What age are you? Do you typically address other early middle-aged men as ‘boy’?

As insults go, it’s hardly the most cutting; I just find it kind of odd…

varadkars approval rating jumping up hugely because he’s been preceived to do well around brexit discussions shows how insanely short the irish peoples memories are. a pack of stagnant, reactionary dimwits. this is why FG shouldn’t worry about each controversary they’re at the centre of every fortnight. the idiots just simply forget or don’t care anymore. you get what you desever, however, the rest of us not swooned by him have to suffer him in charge too.

it reminds me of that time on the news they asked people on the street what they would think if bertie ahern ran for president, and one dublin woman said he had made some mistakes, but he’s since admitted it and said sorry, so yea, she’d be fine with him running again. they had a whole tribunal to get him to admit what he did and he still admitted no wrong. he doesn’t need to try convince people or say sorry because people like her just presume he did and present it like fact. i hate you all.

Given how “journalists” are now merely government hacks, I wouldn’t put to much emphasis on a headline.
They are usually designed to “please” & to fool the gullibly ovine amongst their “voters”. See it for what it is, a desperate attempt to deflect from their greed & abysmal failure which will soon be seen through when their “budget” starts to impact on the same ovine disciples.

very true, i genuinely did forget how much they have the media working for them. even the image on the front of that paper, showing varadkar as huge, then each other leader really small beside him. he’s such an egotistical prick that i bet he has that stuck on his fridge already.

i do fear for the public memory still tho. sure FF completely destroyed the country, and were back sharing office after only one term out of government. it just seems we’ll never have a decent government genuinely working for the good of the population.
