This sort of thing cripples me emotionally. I know I should feel lucky to be getting older instead of the alternative but the direct comparison of What Is vs What Was can be brutal sometimes.
I think its called Mononoaware in Japan – sadness over what has been lost.
That being said – these are stunning.
