Actually this reminds me of a comment on the radio last week, where the doctor being interviewed said that you should wash your hands where if you cut chillies for the time it takes to no longer smell of chillies or sting your eyes. Not quite as memorable, though.
Wash your hands like you just have cut chilli and now you want to masturbate is the correct translation- otherwise I should wind in my neck if I want to keep commenting here.
The reason to wash you all of your hands for 20 seconds is because the virus has an outer layer of oil which soap will breakdown within 20 seconds- dead.
