Mr Harris also said that wearing a face mask is a behavioural change “we will have to get used to”. In the same way that people put their phone, keys and wallet into their bags, they should now put a face mask into a bag and into their pocket….

Seriously, does anyone know a good mask to have with glasses? I have used the standard blue ones, and a cloth one, but my lenses still steam up every time I breathe.
I can ameliorate this a little by breathing out through my mouth with my lips pursed down, but that becomes actually painful after a while.I can only imagine it will get worse in cooler weather.
Take a little dish washing liquid and smear it on the inside lenses on your glasses, wipe off the excess and that’ll work for a while…when it stops working rinse and repeat.
if your mask has a wire across the nose, try adjusting it in different ways. If you can create a good enough seal from the bridge of the nose to about halfway across the top of the cheek, it mitigates the glasses fogging somewhat. I wear glasses myself and sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t.
I have to wear surgical and occasionally N95 masks/visor where I work and finding the balance between protection and actually being able to see is thin line to walk.
I keep my eyes wide open all the time, I keep the ends out for the N 9 5, because I wear a mask at work, I walk the line

You’ll need quite an amount of pockets for the type of mask Harris has.His teacher-like pronouncements are quite laughable given his own ‘other 18 covids’ pronouncements.
It’s incredible that this clueless dope is likely to be in the next cabinet.

When a surgeon goes into theatre they have a strict procedure on masks- hands washed before and after place and NEVER touch face during. The only reason for wearing a mask to possibly, maybe, to prevent infecting others and even that is questionable.
Now look at your average mask wearer- as soon as they try to talk it slips and up comes the hand. They touch their face way more times than if they did not have and that is not to mention the virus sticking to the actual cloth.
Anyone who thinks they are protecting themselves may as well stick a spaghetti strainer on their head when it starts to rain- it makes just about the same amount of sense.
As for Harris- that clown should be hung from the nearest tree after what he has done to our elderly.
