Are you absolutely sure it’s not a Rat. There’s always Rats.
An Officer and a Gentleman.
Hah!
I’ll never understand the attraction of owning a rodent
I had a friend who got a hamster in her thirties, she had a few emotional issues to work through. Treated the thing like a baby and got personally hurt when we didn’t act the same. It escaped through the pipes, then she got another one because she had the cage. Then that escaped, then she got a nice boyfriend and so had no need for a rodent in her life any more
I’m glad that story had a happy ending,
I used to work in a bar where a regular kept a rodent down her large bluetits, I’ll never forget it’s manky tail curled around her cleavage,
my other rodent story is I ate a mouse curry in Nepal, cooked by one my students parents, I thought it was rabbit and had a fair old chunk before I asked what meat had been cooked in my honor, ” don’t worry Diddy, it’s a clean mousa not a city rat ” well that’s all right then…
That’s a pretty old hamster Miss.
Did she get a boyfriend because she still had the cage ?
Great title. Bravo!!
