The in-laws wedding receipt from 1977 in #Galway . Total cost was IR£281 and 16 jugs of Miwadi – which shockingly were 25p each!! Makes you think in light of wedding costs today! pic.twitter.com/iRW3tSCdJN

The Supersizers eat the 70’s, Giles Peterson and Sue Perkins, crazy 70′ concoctions !
they do other historical eras too,
they even test bloods etc before and after a week of each episodes diets, really interesting !
A very trusting venue – deposit of £10, less than 5%!
Going by the CPI Inflation calendar the MiWadi would cost €1.70 nowadays, the bottle of plonk €10.72 and the total bill would have come to €1,946.91
