Documents set to be unsealed today relate to a now-settled civil defamation lawsuit against [Ghislaine] Maxwell by Virginia Giuffre, who has accused Epstein of keeping her as a “sex slave” with Maxwell’s assistance.
US District Judge Loretta Preska yesterday ordered that a transcript of Maxwell’s testimony and other documents relating to her close relationship with Epstein be released by 1pm GMT today.
The judge ignored claims by Maxwell’s lawyers that releasing the documents would violate Maxwell’s constitutional right against self-incrimination.

What a murky business this is. Maybe the conspiracy theories are the conspiracy. A huge effort is being made to entangle the Epstein child sex trafficking crimes with the Q Anon nonsense. Bottom line is Epstein and Maxwell were working with The Mossad (and others?) to gather kompromat to use against politicians and various other notable sorts, including a member of the British royal family. For instance Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew consorted with a guy whose private island was commonly known as Paedo Island and whose private plane was commonly known as the Lolita express. That his houses were rigged up with surveillance cameras is now accepted by all and his vast fortune is unexplained. He had to have a state actor behind him. Maxwells late father got a state funeral in Israel for his Mossad work, and a burial on the Mount of Olives! What is also curious is that none of their victims are from within their own community. They were being used and were considered disposable. Epstein’s laughable “suicide” occurred in a prison that hadn’t seen one in 14 years, and the CCTV cameras conveniently stopped working outside his cell. The leniency shown previously when he escaped more serious child sex charges is also telling. Q Anon it seems is being used to detract from the credibility of the very real victims of Maxwell and Epstein. We are well aware in this country how organisations can cover up crimes against children, and we are also well aware of what state actors like MI5 can do, including the murder of innocent civilians during The Troubles. Part of the cover up here will be attempts to portray the allegations as outlandish fantasy and conspiracy. That’s how they roll. They’ll try to make it hard to see the wood for the trees.
I doubt Qanon are “being used” for that purpose – it’s something they seem perfectly willing to do on their own in order to support Trump. They want to accuse his enemies of being pedophile baby-eaters, so a high-profile well-cpnnected deeply shady rapist and abuser like Epstein is a major bit of ammo to be co-opted for their partisan political hate campaign.

And after all the hype about publishing the Maxwell deposition, it is heavily redacted. Prince Andrew’s, Bill Clinton’s and other well known men have had their names blacked out for no other reason other than to continue to offer them protection.
