Startled passers-by observe dancer Emily Kilkenny Roddy launching PLATFORM 31, a new artist development bursary by the 31 Local Authority Arts Offices in collaboration with the Arts Council.
The scheme will offer artists across the country an €8,000 bursary, combined with an ‘advisory and developmental framework and peer network’ and your own bench.
