Probably not a popular opinion, but I have to admit I really do not like the series. I could not finish the first one, tried the second, and gave up
Its deffo worth sticking with. The deliberately corny early episodes make sense the more of the series you watch
I confess I never understand this when it’s brought up. “At least a quarter of this show is bad on purpose; you should watch it!”
Good man. You should watch the whole thing. Or don’t. It doesn’t matter a toss either way! ;)

Persevere through the first three. I enjoyed the retro and corny feel to them but then reality takes hold to a spectacular finale. It’s a stunningly good show.
I felt the opposite. It started out with great promise to be something unique and interesting like Legion, but ultimately it was all brought back around the the old reliable Floating People Throw CGI At Each Other Until The Good One Wins.
Yeah, the first three were hard to watch. Painful.
It got better, much better, but then the finale was just crap.
Total CGI fight fest let down. And the Quicksilver thing… uuuurgh.
