      That thing is just asking to be slaughtered, skinned, butchered and eaten. Or maybe not. It’s hard to tell with the camera angle.

    oh man, salivating here
    a 6 hour sloooow and gentle roasted shoulder of lamb or hocks in the tin on a garlic, shallots, rosemary bed with that unreal gravy gunk, oh!

        Tbh, I’d no idea so I googled it. I did discover that Blackface is apparently the most common breed in Ireland, though clearly not the one’s in the picture. Confused, but with my curiosity sated, I left it at that.

        Maybe some of the Broadsheet upland dwellers can fill in the gaps in my ovine knowledge?
