Artist Joseph Walsh‘s ‘Magnus V‘ commissioned by IPUT Real Estate for the reception of their flagship office development at number 10 Molesworth Street arrives. It was installed during the early hours of Saturday morning. The sculpture can be viewed from today by the public from the junction of South Frederick Street and Molesworth Street.

    funny you should ask,one litmus test frequently used is….

    ….when an irish second rate real estate fund ,run by a kinda sleazy secondhand car sales man and x nama asset mangager,gets ‘into’ art.

    -Former Nama executive John Mulcahy will join the board of Irish property pension fund IPUT in July.

    Mr Mulcahy is the former head of asset management in Nama. The chartered surveyor and former CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Irish busines joined NAMA in 2009-

    i really hope im missing something, but i dont get this abstract art and cant see how it can be so valuable or important.

      …when you are basically illiterate about art (see above) it provides a veneer of sophistication,its a smoke and mirrors,nudge and a wink deal (see above),for a few bucks (not his) it allows a second rate x nama staff property manager to mingle with artists and become a ‘patron’ -obv with OPM-other peoples money.
