Behold: the the Lamborghini Miura SVJ.

Only four of these were ever built, making this vehicle something of ‘Holy Grail’ as the only Super Veloce Jota to come up for sale since the early 1970s.

A high performance variant of the already nippy Rod Stewartmobile, the 300km/h SVJ has a 418bhp V12 engine, an aeronautical aluminium alloy body, track-grade suspension and brakes. Originally sold to Corsican real estate developer Paul Ferrandi, it has has undergone a world class restoration by Carrozzeria Cremonini and Top Motors.

Price – as you’d expect – by request.

my fave Miura is the one from the opening scene in The Italian Job (1969 one not that other muck repeat)

Miura + the St Bernard Pass + Matt Monro…what more could a fella want or need?
