Just launched.

‘Gaspers’.

A five-year journey to bring justice to the issue of contaminated air on aircraft, by lawyer and consumer advocate Frank Brehany,

Frank, whose father was a Tuam adoptee and will be known to readers for his activism on behalf of Mother and Baby Home survivors, explores science, technology and the ‘very essence of what it takes to bring regulation to protect people’s health’ in this, his first book (available at link below).

In fairness.

How wonderful Frank – a timely publication as pandemic continues to halt our journeys around the world. I always wondered about the quality of air inside such capsules – redistributed and recycled – as I once returned from UK and was diagnosed with pneumonia on admission to Dublin. I slept for two weeks solid with daily visits from a doctor while stopping over in Dublin and my recovery took months, We often take for granted the air quality or have prior to pandemic.

Congrats Frank – proud of you ! All the best from Galway

Another timely intervention Frank to go with your trojan advocavy and activism on other issues of injustice. This is clearly a hugely impactful health and safety issue unbeknown to the majority of consumers but typically concealed by airlines and all associated with yet another industry that safeguards avarice and profit over humanity.
    Important work on every level.
Comhghairdeas agus ádh an domhain leis an leabhar.
