Last night/this morning.

Three CNN employees were fired for going to a company office without being vaccinated.

The memo was obtained by The Associated Press after its contents were first tweeted by CNN media reporter Oliver Darcy. CNN offered no details on the firings, or where the employees were based.

Firm but fair.

I presume the distinction is “going in to the office unvaccinated” as opposed to being unvaccinated and working from home.

Be interesting to see if they lose much staff.

New studies map out the factors for vaccine hesitancy – some of the biggest factors:
non-asian, young <30, PHD or <high school education, trump supporting county (US), mixes with other people.

PHD as a factor for vaccine hesitancy is the most interesting one, seems like top and bottom of the bell curve may be the most vaccine-hesitant.

“Be interesting to see if they lose much staff” – there will be plenty to replace them… generally a consistent turnover of staff … lot working for the tech companies are straight out of undergrad (in the US)… so they haven’t begun to think yet like the PhD… so they’ll take the fake vaccine for the fake pandemic…

I doubt if they’ll lose any staff. Most in the valley have been vaccinated. Many of them work from home from time to time anyway, even before the pandemic struck. Incidentally, most Silicone Valley employees are foreign born, including one of my family and there is no hesitancy that he’s aware of.

Disclaimer: The AURS is a satirical critique by political candidate David Alexander Bramante, in association with his campaign David Bramante for Governor 2021.

David is hoping to point out how dangerously close our society is to having a company like AURS exist, and a world where friends, family and neighbors are reporting each other to authorities.

maybe David is a visionary…I hope not,
I could see it taking off in Israel

      WFT?

If this is real the Nazi analogy is getting more comparable everyday.

      Hope it’s a wind up though. :#

“The AURS is a non-government agency.” … and it’s in the US, freedom of speech = freedom to be a total tool

        Snitches get sweepstakes…

Yeah CNN probably won’t last for many more years. It’s a joke of a news channel. They’ve been wrong on so many things. They even let Chris Cuomo cover for his sexual predator brother, the Governor of NY Andrew Cuomo, by not even mentioning the story at all! Their ratings have plummeted so badly, they actually need Trump to survive and regain an audience.

You know, we give SOQ and Micko and others a hard time but we’re actually kind of lucky that they’re as relatively moderate as they are:
‘Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) claims Democrats are “plucking” kids with COVID from the border “and putting them all over the United States as if they’re wishing to seed the country with a new variant.”‘

I think the entire interview would probably give a bit more context there.

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vA4JFLAGPR0

They were discussing why the southern border is open and 1 million+ people have come over it with no Covid tests. (apparently true – I dunno.¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

He then said that very brief clip you shared at the tail end of the interview. So kinda out of context.

Agreed that it was fairly ridiculous thing to say from Rand Paul, but no more stupid then the Democrats claim about that bunch of muppets who went into the capital were “terrorists.”

America is full of dopes – and both sides say absolute rubbish.

Also, you think YOU give ME a hard time – Awww cute…
