The Sunday Times report by John Mooney: ‘Driver on drugs or suicidal in crash that killed family, gardai believe’ is crass and libelous.

Blair should realise that his actions were “embecilic”. The illegal invasion of Iraq is one of the main factors in the Afghan situation. Years ago, Karzai said that the Afghan war was lost when the Iraq invasion happened. A murderous war that had no justification. I hope that Blair, Bush, and Howard (of Australia) get to face the Hague, at some stage.

Blair’s outage, together with the pearl-clutching of the British government, media and establishment around the US withdrawal from Afghanistan is difficult to accept when the UK pulled all of its combat troops out of Afghanistan in 2014, after bin Laden was captured.

Given whats happing in Australia and NZ are any of our media going to take Tomas Ryan, Sam McConkey, Anthony Staines etc to task over their ridiculous call for zero covid. These guys are meant to be the experts they are clueless.

        Why?

Phil had cancer, he was very sick. He had been battling it for 7 years. He was also a recovering drug addict.

Mr. Valentine scoffed at the need for vaccines, writing on his blog that his chances of dying from the virus, should he become infected, were “way less than one percent.”
Later he advised his listers to go get the jab. Funny how only a serious dose of reality can knock some sense into those anti types.

          1. Man On Fire

Perhaps he got the jab and died of it.

As your precious media like to put it, “a short illness”

54% don’t want Taoiseach to become Tanaiste. Wonder how many don’t want Tanaiste to become Taoiseach…

both are an absolute disgrace to this country. Leo is a loose cannon who needs to be removed from any position of power”

Interesting how social media companies spun yesterdays scenes in Melbourne. Most coverage was by news stations whom interwove it with the usual fear mongering. The only real longer video I could find required a photographic ID as proof of age by google- when did that become a thing?

What is pretty certain is that the police were very heavy handed and are seen using sprays and rubber bullets, which for for a peaceful protest, was completely OTT.

This is a decent shot by Bloomberg mind. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teMarW8nUnY

      1. Cui Bono?

ah Cian, you’re back from your annual leave. Good to have you back.

The police were clearly blocking the protest when they should have moved out of the way.

        1. Cian

Do you think it is acceptable to attack the police if they block your way? Does it still remain a peaceful protest?

          1. SOQ

From the footage I have seen, the attacks were mainly from the police, so of course some protestors are going to respond.

The authorities done every thing they could to prevent that march from going ahead, which makes it all the more important.

They are actually going to try to inject children without parental consent- its full on CCP there now.

          2. Cui Bono?

The police should not be blocking a peaceful protest. They started the aggression by blocking the protesters.

and yes I do think it’s acceptable to defend against the police blocking and attacks. It is every persons duty to stand up to tyranny.

Again with a total disrespect for and. speculation about a (deceased) third party’s personal medical information.

Do you spend your day calling up hospitals and clinics and bothering the staff for private info about the patients? Always classy haha (I usually hate that word but it’s useful on this occasion).

          3. bisted

…true SOQ…you were right all along and I was wrong…I only learned this recently so I owe you an apology…it was Craigavon Hospital where he contracted covid…the rest of the comment was true…

Blair, Biden; I’m sure “they” created this crisis in Afghanistan just to get rid of Biden (the plan is unfolding!).
