Not a great portrait .The likeness is there ,but something about the style lacks dimension or body (pardon the pun).It’s weak.

hahahaha, he is a character. a grandeur portrait is right up his alley. I’d endeavor to be like David Norris but i wouldnt be able to pull it off, people would think im a spoof. Pity he went very quiet in the public eye after failed president election bid.
i met him in a hoggins figgins bookshop once. lovely fellow.

Still, in fairness to David, he was not at the Zappone Bash unlike the other two TCD Senators – Lynne Ruane and Ivana Bacik (still a Sen at the time).
