   and now it’ll be on to blaming people for buying too many of them. that’ll be a handy distraction for the government. Michael Martin loves a good finger wag. I can see him behind his little podium now, telling us how we should turn on each other over this new issue. Is this the first time Gov. have based health policy and advice on a shop bought product?

   the going rate in London is £10+ a pop apparently
