Longtime Prince Andrew accuser Virginia Giuffre’s sexual abuse lawsuit against him can move forward, as a New York judge rejected the royal’s efforts to dismiss her civil claim on Wednesday.

Giuffre, who has alleged that the late financier Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell sexually abused her, said they forced her into sex with the Duke of York at age 17. She filed suit against the royal on 9 August, citing battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

      re Saville…yeah I hadn’t realised up until recently just how much of an old pals act Charles actually was in his heyday (though I can’t see him actually being involved atall, more Saville cleverly engineering himself some Teflon)

        Except Saville was introduced to Charles by his uncle Lord Mountbottom, as the child rapist Mountbatten was known by friends. Saville was for years in the Royal circle and if anyone thinks MI5 were not fully aware of his “activities” and wouldn’t have reported same to the Royal family, I’ve a bridge you might be interested in. They knighted him. He was very highly regarded by them. Saville was even suggested as a marriage counsellor for Charkes and Di, though Diana apparently understandably shot the idea down immediately.

        There’s lots of dark stuff on Saville’s occult beliefs and practices, which I won’t go into in too much detail on as it gets very dark very quickly (remember, necrophilia was just one of his sickening “activities”). He was considered an occult “magician” (supposedly a 7th son of a 7th son) and used occult language like his three times repeating contradictory “Now, then Now, then. Now, then”. “Jingle Jangle” was another. Supposedly used to lull people into a suggestive state of mind. There’s lots more about his clothing too. Child rape (and more) are intrinsic practices in Left Hand Path occult satanic practices. It’s all about energy and inversion. Evil is good. Good is evil. Sacrificing the most pure and innocent in a horrific manner being one of the most prized means of releasing or acquiring metaphysical energy. They’re completely nuts, drunk on their ego.

      Caught the tail-end of a documentary about Jimmy Saville on TV last night.

      NSPCC say he had abused 500 kids. After his death 214 complaints of abuse were made across the UK to the authorities. Stinks to the high heavens in terms of those complaints made to the police when the bastard was alive and were brushed under the carpet.

      If i had one “free life” I’d let him have it, reanimate him and make him pay.

    I’m amazed he hasn’t already suffered a accident similar to that of princess Diana.
    He has single handedly accelerated the fall of the monarchy by at least a generation and if he started talking, how many powerful people could he take down with him? Would those in power want to risk him taking the stand and answering difficult questions from skilled opposing lawyers after how much of a disaster he was he in recent media friendly interviews?
    Look at what happened to Epstein.
