What are we supposed to think about this?

We may never know.

Well ‘What are we supposed to think about this?’
Its a spreadsheet from a presentation (but also evidence of further long term planned removals of personal freedoms as someone will be along to say in a minute)

  2. uh-oh

Well, since vaccines were only invented in 2020 and there is only vaccine for only one disease – Covid 19, I cannot fathom why this would have needed to be discussed pre pandemic…

    1. ProfessorMark

@uh oh. You know there is an ongoing monitoring of diseases other than Covid – always has been, part of that involves scenario playing & researching how vaccines will be used, when they will be used. So the covid vaccine would fall under this remit.

    European Commission

    1. “Examine the feasibility of developing a common vaccination card/passport for EU citizens“

    2. “Develop EU guidance for establishing comprehensive electronic immunization information systems for effective monitoring of immunization programmes.”

    3. “overcome the legal and technical barriers impeding the interoperability of national immunisation information systems”

They’ve been planning for Vaccine Passes for years and are simply using Covid-19 as the pretext to dupe the herd into accepting them.

CEPI’s nCoV-2019 Global Vaccine and the ID2020 Digital Identity Platform.

While CEPI announced the launching of a global vaccine at the Davos World Economic Forum (Jan 2020), another important and related endeavor was underway. It’s called the ID2020 Agenda, “an electronic ID program that uses generalized vaccination as a platform for digital identity”.

The program harnesses existing birth registration and vaccination operations to provide newborns with a portable and persistent biometrically-linked digital identity.

The Founding Partners of ID2020 are Microsoft, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI) among others.

“Africa to Become Testing Ground for “Trust Stamp” Vaccine Record and Biometric Digital Payment System”

The program, which was first launched in late 2018, will see Trust Stamp’s digital identity platform integrated into the GAVI-Mastercard “Wellness Pass,” a digital vaccination record and identity system that is also linked to Mastercard’s click-to-play system that powered by its AI and machine learning technology called NuData. Mastercard, in addition to professing its commitment to promoting “centralized record keeping of childhood immunization” also describes itself as a leader toward a “World Beyond Cash,” and its partnership with GAVI marks a novel approach towards linking a biometric digital identity system, vaccination records, and a payment system into a single cohesive platform. The effort, since its launch nearly two years ago, has been funded via $3.8 million in GAVI donor funds in addition to a matched donation of the same amount by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Who knew people were thinking about the problem of people traveleing across borders while having communicable diseases before covid? This is a profoundly mundane bit of technocratic beauracracy made exciting by our current disaster. Biosecurity is going to be all the rage for a while.

    1. K.Cavan

Yes, Nigel, many have had a timely reminder, over the last two years, of the Banality Of Evil. Others are too dim or too Authoritarian (or both) to learn the lessons of Nuremberg & reckon discarding the Code produced there is fine & dandy, now that our governments are all fluffy & nice.
The EU is the Last Stand of European Fascism & the sooner it’s discarded into the dustbin of history & the dustbin’s set alight, the sooner its nemesis, the Anglo-American model of Liberal Democracy, can be re-established.

      1. Nigel

Being properly vaccinated when travelling, and having proof of it, and that proof being digital, has nothing to do with fascism.

          1. hmmm

Anti-science Nigel ignoring the evidence in front of his eyes…

The Not-vaccines do not prevent infection (as promised)

Do not prevent serious illness (as promised)

Do not prevent hospitalisation (as promised)

Do not prevent death (as promised)

But you go ahead Nigel, keep defending the lies and the lying liars who tell them…

            You’re the Goebbles of Broadsheet.

          2. Nigel

Vaccines don’t make promises. Vaccines have mitigated and reduced harm all through the different variants.

          3. hmmm

Look at this little weasel still trying to lie and gaslight his way out of this.

The not-Vaccine salesmen (Nigel, O’Neill, Hooligan, Fauci et al) promised that the Not-Vaccines would end the restrictions.

            Didn’yt happen.

            The mitigated nothing.

In fact the caused more harm than good : 12 months ago Myocarditis was an unknown problem – today it’s “perfectly normal” for young people to collapse from this condition during exercise. In fact, the Big Brother Department of History insists it has always been around and also that strokes in people under 30 are perfectly normal.

          4. Nigel

I never made promises about the vaccines, because I knew that everything about the pandemic was and is fraught with uncertatiny which, of course, bad faith actors like yourself exploit with diinformation and propaganda. For example, here’s you trying to pretend heart attacks and strokes in people under thirty were unheard of before the vaccines.

    2. Chris

There is nothing ‘mundane’ about being coerced onto a vaccine schedule by a technocratic bureaucracy. It’s an obvious overreach and should be resisted at all costs.

“If a Black Death could be spread throughout the world once in every generation
survivors could procreate freely without making the world too full. There would be nothing in this to offend the consciences of the devout or to restrain the ambitions of nationalists. The state of affairs might be somewhat unpleasant, but what of that? Really high-minded people are indifferent to
      happiness, especially other people’s.”
Bertrand Russel: The Impact of Science on Society.

      ^ Technocratic thinking.

      1. Nigel

So if the Black Death returned once a generation, and a vaccine against it was distributed, and in order to travel a Black Death vaccination was required, that would be evil?

        1. Chris

Yes, he’s on about deliberate population control – not ‘happy accidents’. Written in the 1950s, obviously it didn’t take long for the eugenicists to recoil from the horror of Nazi & Japanese atrocities. I guess they thought themselves too ‘high-minded’ to even care in the first place.

          1. Chris

“If a Black Death could be spread” could – is the operative word – it suggests instruction or intent. For what purpose & the benefit of whom.

          2. Clampers Outside

I realise there was no mention of voter ID in this thread.im merely lol’ing at your past commentary on such.

          3. Nigel

You have an amazing inability to understand that someone can have different attitudes to different things.

      2. Mad

It’s good to see you back Chris
You did a great job last week though I may say you are stark raving mad

        1. Chris

Thanks, I think. The above quote was from Bertrand Russell, who is regarded in the upper echelons of current philosophical practice as a ‘genius’. I personally find him and his ilk ‘stark raving mad’ – but quoting them is not an endorsement of their ideas, or the policy that stems from them.

  5. George

They were planning for a possible pandemic? There have been pandemics before and there have been viruses like ebola and previous sars viruses. Planning for a potential crisis is the not the same as planning a crisis.

    1. K.Cavan

What about planning for pretending there’s a crisis, George? In 2018 global mortality was 0.76%, then in 2019 it was 0.76%. In 2020, however, it soared to a whopping 0.76%, that was because of the Pandemic.
      No typos.

      1. George

3million people have died. That is with measures being introduced to limit the impact. You can pretend otherwise if you like but I’m not going to waste time on you.

  6. Chris

‘Vaccine preventable diseases’ is the pertinent part. This isn’t just specific to Covid-19. A regularly implemented vaccine schedule is on the cards.

Some fervent believers in Scientism, will be completely on board – hysterically insisting it’s to keep us safe.
Others will just apathetically go along with things, so they can have a holiday, not stick out etc.
A growing number are going to start seeing things for what they are, and the very difficult bind we find ourselves in.

  7. Doxxy Chainsaw

The Tinfoil Hats don’t know the difference any more. They fall for one mass formation psychosis event after another.

  8. ProfessorMark

@E’Matty ‘to dupe the herd into accepting them’ – oh dear. You are really going to need a handhold in the future.

  9. Horsethieving Dopesniffer

Before you peasants grab yer pitchforks, torches and codpieces, and storm some castle-like pub in Brussels, you need to be aware about one thing.
If you move from one part of Europe into another one, and especially if you drag your sprogs with you, there might be some differences in vaccination calendars between those two places.
Some diseases that are more common in south of Europe are not so common here in north, and vice-versa.
Your sprog might catch something that will need hospitalisation as a result.

Currently there is no standard format for data exchange about that. It means that every country in EU uses a different format, either paper-based or electronic.
Luckily, these days you get a sticker with product name and batch number for each jab, so most of those jab trackers are paper-based.
It ends up with your local GP squinting in several angles while trying to interpret some half-arsed scribbles from hers/his peer.

When the proverbial excrement hits the fan in the near future, and when you decide for economical reasons to move onto the continent to steal their welfare, jobs and women, at least you’ll have one less headache to worry about.

      1. George

They fast tracked a vaccination pass because global events meant there was a need for one.

Are drivers licences abused to prevent entry into pubs? That was not what they were meant for. The EU vaccine pass was used by the hospitality sector because it would have been a massive waste of money to set up a second system for that purpose. The ban on unvaccinated people in pubs wasn’t brought in because of the travel pass they just decided that was the best way to implement it.

      2. Horsethieving Dopesniffer

Here in Ireland you have the luxury of not having ID cards.
Except PPS card being mandatory for immigrants.

I also have several digital identities, one in each EU country where I worked and lived.

Managing large and disconnected systems is difficult, and at one point will require everyone.having an ID document and associated digital identitiy.

People move, they look for jobs elsewhere.

Since EU is transforming into a federation (blame Germans and French for that), centrally-managed identity will become mandatory.
        And you WILL like it.

          1. Horsethieving Dopesniffer

Don’t mention to the poor souls here an important part of the process when moving to Germany.
Registering your current address with the police.
            Oh, the horror!

At the same time a small device in their pockets records and uploads their wherabouts, opinions and preferences to several private entities, where it will be dissected, sold, and used against them over and over again. And they are even paying from their own pockets to be tracked and monitored!

Here on this island people start from a position of a partial trust in people. For a minor or a first offence, a member of policing force will tell me to stop doing stupid things and to bugger-off somewhere else.
On the continent they start from a position of full distrust. Hence their need for tracking.
For a first or a minor offence there, I’ll be told to stop doing stupid things, but I will not get away without paying a fine.

Will EU-wide ID change anything? Nope. Except for some large corporation which will have an integration and maintenance contract for those databases.
Scammers are still going to scam.

The Rockerfeller Foundation produced “Scenarios for the future of technology and International development” in 2010.

It is just a coincidence that 10 years later, their worst case scenario played out.

These guys are playing for all the marbles, which includes, health, privacy, private property rights, freedom of movement, the collective commons and quite literally they wish to tax the air you breathe.

I am opposed to their well funded, ambitious plan for global communism and hope to be a wrench in the gears at every opportunity.

For those that want to live, hand to mouth on UBI as a serf, owning nothing, until the last kill shot sends you to the fertilizer factory, have at it. All you have to do is believe the lies you are told everyday, obey the state, and that grim future is assured.

Step forward, plenty more soup for the compliant.

Surely an important point here – in relation to the EU document at the top of the page rather than covid – is that the EU to the best of my knowledge does not have any competences regarding Health. So they have been planning to go beyond their competence.
Mission creep, I think they call it.
Crises are used in this way to justify the mission creep, and before we know an organisation has taken on a new function by stealth and without any legal foundation.
The next step will be to create the legal backing and thus copper-fasten their new function.
