Financial institutions have begun unfreezing the accounts of individuals who supported the Freedom Convoy’s efforts, according to Isabelle Jacques, an assistant deputy minister at the Department of Finance.
As you can see in the video above, Chrystia Freeland of WEF and the Canadian government- in that order- looks vey fidgety in the background. It is obviously not the mask as they couldn’t possibly restrict anyone’s intake of oxygen now could they?.

MP Ya’ara Saks stood up in the Houses of Parliament and with a straight face claimed that the trucker’s “honk honk” is secret code for “heil Hitler.”
“How much vitriol do we have to see of ‘honk honk’ – which is an acronym for ‘heil Hitler’ – do we need to see on social media?” Ms. Saks demanded.
I liked her response, calls someone unintelligent without justification. A sign of intelligence if ever I seen it.
I quite like the irony of Tredau in the midst of a national despotic episode vowing to crack down internationally on tyranny. It’s very much a do as I say and not as I do attitude.

And just yesterday the HSE tweet about masks being useless resurfaced. Sanity is returning to the world. And it’s only February :)

Cormac Ó Dúlaing, who calls himself Piers Champion, is feeling chipper these days about how life is different than before Christmas. The 27-year-old is adamant that it was the food shopping in Marks & Spencer in Galway that turned him English.

He now describes himself as “a decent skin; a born milk-in-before-tea tea-drinker”, slowly adjusting to native Hibernian ways.
Unable to look his Irish neighbours in the eye around Carrowmoneash, Oranmore, where he has lived all his life, he ruefully observes, “I don’t want to get the Irish heart rate up, admittedly an easy task with the fatty alcoholic diet, but every time I see someone in Lidl Tuam apologising only once instead of three times, I have the vapours”. A once upon a time Gaeilgeoir, “I couldn’t even spell moh con-eel-uck now” he guffaws, adding he prefers now to practice pronouncing the letters “H” and “R” with a plummy accent from somewhere near Padbury in Buckinghamshire.
Local woman, Maedbh Kenny, 69, of Station Road, Oranmore, is not so sure: “Sure we all knew he was English all the time. Didn’t the mother send him to an Educate Together? They should have been burnt out years ago.”

The jury took just two hours to reach a unanimous Not Guilty verdict so it’s not like there was a lot of complex legal argument for them to consider.
So why five days over a single allegation of rape ?

The accused was cross-examined over the matter.His evidence ran to four paragraphs in the newspaper report.The jury evidently believed him entirely as it only took them two hours to reach a verdict which is a very short tie.
