I remember years ago in leafy Clontarf my local deli started charging 30c to add mustard to your roll or sandwich, the cheek! It has since shut, so joke’s on them.

I’ve been paying 15 to 20c for years for sachets of sauce in various cafes and canteens in the Northwest. You mean they were free elsewhere? I know for a fact that a box of the 10ml sachets cost between €18 and €20 so I assumed everyone charged. Rampage in 5….4….3….2…..
